In the modern era of globalization role of nurse as midwife are also changing due to research and technological advancement taking place in the health care delivery system. Today’s students nurse midwife will be future nurse’s midwife. This Midwifery/Obstetrics and Gynaecology (OBG) Nursing I &II, Clinical assignment requirement record book of B.Sc. Nursing 6th& 7thSemesteris based on new syllabus of Indian nursing council syllabus. This record book, includes an outline of essential clinical assignment and level of competencies/ skills requirement for registration as midwife under state nursing council according to Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi, syllabus 2021 (semester wise) for under graduate nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) students. Format for entering client data will provide step by step guideline to practice the modern era midwifery procedure along with checklist which is carried out of various stages from gynecological, antenatal, intranatal to postnatal including newborn.
