It gives me an immense pleasure to introduce this book “A Falcon Beyond The Black Board”. The book is based on my articles published in the reputed newspapers. Being an educator and academic monitor I observed and felt the appetite for learning of the students aged 3 to 14, very closely. To give vent to their craving or ambition is what the educator is meant for. The responsibility of the educator is to take care of an insatiable curiosity of these Falcons. An educator in a school is a second mother to a kid. An educator like a mother is a strength in weakness, hope and mercy. Pre-primary is not preparation for discipline, it’s preparation for life . NEP says we must make learning joyful , rooted in play. Sometimes it just needs one honest voice to fix things. A sincere effort produces miracles.
